LOS ANGELES UNIFIED SCHOOL DISTRICT VENICE HIGH SCHOOL CAMPUSWIDE NEW HVAC Project Description This $8 million campus-wide HVAC project was initially started by a previous MPE design firm whose services were terminated at the end of Phase 2 design. During construction, many problems and issues arose and JSA was contracted to provide construction administration and resolve issues during Phase 1 and 2 construction. JSA was retained by LAUSD to re-design Phases 3 through 8, and provide construction administration services for the project. Most of the campus did not have HVAC units. Air conditioning was provided to every classroom and other occupied spaces on the campus. There are a total of 130 HVAC units.
